Once You’ve Booked
You will receive a confirmation email, 5 days before arrival we will send an email which will tell you all you need to know about your glamping experience at Old Dairy Farm, together with directions and places to eat in the area.
Not long till your stay at Old Dairy Farm………
Look out for the email telling you everything you need to make sure that your glamping stay with us is as enjoyable as possible. It will include directions, local information, useful numbers and little extras to make sure you can relax and unwind at Old Dairy Farm.
Arrival and Departure Times
Your yurt will be ready and waiting for you to arrive anytime between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm. And don’t worry, we don’t expect you to rush around on the morning of departure. You can have a relaxing breakfast as you don’t have to ‘check out’ until 11.00 am.
What’s in Your Yurt?
We want your stay in our nomadic yurt to have the same feel luxurious feel as our award-winning Bed & Breakfast so we’ve gone the extra mile to make it really comfortable with little extras to delight you.
- The yurt measures 5 metres in diameter giving you lots of space
- Your king-size bed with memory foam mattress will be made up with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover
- Fluffy white towels
- The wood burning stove will be set ready for you to light with ample firewood to keep you warm and cosy
- Pop up kitchen including a mini fridge, electric kettle, electric socket, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans.
- Lotus grill BBQ
- Other features include hardwood flooring, wooden furniture, clothes rail, blanket chest and much, much more…
Glamping with En-suite Facilities!
No going outside or queueing for shared bathrooms, you can enjoy your own en-suite bathroom located at the back of your yurt with hot and cold running water, a shower, hand basin, eco toilet, fluffy white towels and biodegradable toiletries.
We have created a mini pop-up kitchen in your yurt providing you with all the essential utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is a small gas hob for making your morning cup of tea! Outside on your decking is a gas fired BBQ and a dining area for eating alfresco.
On arrival you will find a welcome tea tray together with fresh milk and bottled water. We can provide breakfast and dinner hampers, a list of available extras is provided in your Welcome Pack together with recommendations for eating out in the local area.
