From the East or West

  • From the A27, take the Emsworth exit (A259) and follow road into the centre of Emsworth
  • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit (north) (B2148)
  • Continue under the rail and road bridges and then after 0.7 of a mile, turn right at the ‘traffic islands’ into Southleigh Road
  • Take the 3rd left into Hollybank Lane
  • At the top of the lane, bear right into Long Copse Lane
  • Go past the entrance for Hollybank House, then take the 2nd driveway on the left opposite Wraysbury Park Drive
  • The Old Dairy Farm is at the top of the long gravel drive, you will pass the Yurts in the Oak Tree paddock but please come up to the house on arrival.

From the North

  • Leave the A3(M) at junction 2
  • Follow the signs to Emsworth B2149 then B2148
  • Take the 1st left after the ‘Emsworth’ sign into Southleigh Road at the ‘traffic islands
  • Take the 3rd left into Hollybank Lane
  • At the top of the lane, bear right into Long Copse Lane
  • Go past the entrance for Hollybank House, then take the 2nd driveway on the left opposite Wraysbury Park Drive
  • The Old Dairy Farm is at the top of the long gravel drive, you will pass the Yurts in the Oak Tree paddock but please come up to the house on arrival.

Westbourne

A small village with a shop (Co-op), fish & chip shop, indian restaurant and two pubs, approximately 15 minute walk.   At the end of our drive turn left, end of Long Copse Lane turn right and follow road into Westbourne.
